Greg O’Keefe
Chairman of the Board
Greg was born in Michigan, but raised in Apache Junction where his family moved to while he was still young. The second youngest of nine children, Greg learned early on how to vie for attention in a crowd and graduated from Apache Junction High school after spending two years as the captain of the football team. He went on to Mesa Community College where he was also the captain of the football team before he graduated in ’83 and was inducted into their hall of fame. Greg then moved to Kansas and played 2 years of football at Fort Hayes State University where he majored in education.
Loren Molever
Immediate Past Chair
Loren Molever has been a Valley resident for over 40 years, having graduated from high school in Scottsdale and attended Arizona State, obtaining his undergraduate degree (cum laude) from Arizona State University in Television Production in 1977 and his juris doctorate from Arizona State University in 1982.
Andrea Kranitz
1st Vice Chair
As lead consultant and owner of Integrative Business Solutions, Andrea Kranitz is a business management professional with more than 25 years of proven history in streamlining business operations. After attaining a B.S. in Accountancy from Miami University in Oxford OH, Andrea started her career in public accounting and then moved on to private industry in various management and controllership roles, while earning certifications in both public and management accounting.
Joe Levy
2nd Vice Chair
Joe is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones Investments and runs his Edward Jones practice in the North Valley.
He grew up in Simsbury, CT and attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Joe graduated cum laude from Georgetown in 1984 with a double major in Finance and International Management. After he graduated, Joe headed straight for Wall Street, where he got his start in the Financial Services industry.

Craig Trbovich is a Scottsdale, Arizona real estate professional providing commercial real estate brokerage and investment advisory services. He is a certified public accountant and a licensed real estate agent under the brokerage of EBS & Associates, LLC.

Mick Bernard
Mick is a Certified Credit Restoration Expert and President of Credit Strategies, a credit consulting firm in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Credit Strategies works with consumers with less than perfect credit increase their credit scores so they can qualify for the best possible financing.
He was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He lived there until his mid-30’s then relocated his family to the Pacific Northwest.

Mark Gaudio
Most people know about hurricane Katrina that destroyed New Orleans, However, most do not remember Hurricane Rita. A month after Katrina, Hurricane Rita ripped through my hometown of Beaumont, Texas where I lived. With less than two hours notice, our family left our home and possessions behind to seek safety from this Category 4 storm that was approaching the upper gulf coast. Rita packed winds in excess of 180 miles an hour. The upper East Texas Gulf Coast was devastated. Without access to electricity or running water our community lived under Marshall Law and we were homeless for about a month.

Greg has served and consulted with privately-owned and –managed companies for most of his 39 years in banking. Prior to joining Bank of Arizona, Greg was the president/CEO and co-founder of a community bank in Wisconsin. He has also been very active outside of banking, serving as Chairman of the Board of the largest private high school in Wisconsin and on the board for 3 not-for-profit organizations and the Wisconsin Business Development Growth Fund where he was also Chairman.

During his versatile career, William (Borg) Siburg, III has built a reputation for driving real change through insightful team building, organizational transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
Borg launched his impressive career as an officer in the United States Army, where he graduated first in his Officer Basic Course and then honorably served as a combat officer in national and international locations. Next, Borg spent more than 10 years in various consulting and management roles with industry leader Accenture (Andersen Consulting).
